Failed attempt at villain for Heroic Academy

So, as the title says, it's my poor attempt to make a villain for .

 
Name
The Honourable Augusta Danvers (she is married to the Honourable Harold Danvers and they have several children, should she be accepted, I may try to picture her family later).
Age
about 35 in appearance, but in real she is 324 years old
Appearance
As it's evident from the picture, she has bright red (actually orange) hair and grey eyes. As to her clothing style, the most extravagant you can imagine, with vivid colours and weird colour combinations.
Character
She isn't a pleasant person - as she is loud, gaudy, selfiish and arrogant, and enjoys playing little dirty tricks on other people. But she can be nice as long as you flatter her and tell compliments about her "fabulous and unique fashion style" and "refined taste" (that's how she used to think of herself).
Powers and abilities
Basically she is what you could call "witch", someone who has the powers to create objects out of nothing and as just easily destruct them (only she doesn't need a wand to do it). Although she mostly uses it to make new clothes, she likes weird outfits what she thinks being original and fashionable.

I imagined her being a kind of housekeeper in the Heroic Academy, because she apparently has not fitting personality to be a teacher . At the same time the Academy is a place that needs treat and care, and despite not being "good", I'm sure she is still able to be quite good in household management. Besides I thought it would be funny to have a person like this in the Heroic Academy, that would make a nice contrast to the true heroes .
  

Well, as I said before, I'm not good at making villains. At least this one is rather funny and weird. Initially I imagined her completely different, but when it touched to the making her in the game, I just let myself to play with D&D and this came out, hence the three outfits here, I couldn't stop myself . I hope she looks gaudy enough.

   

I know this is not a true villain, rather a funny character. Princess-Icicles and funnies50, I'm not sure if you agree to accept her. If not, please let me know and then probably I'll try to make a more fitting one. And I'm still working on the positive characters as well.
